Black Burnian Warbler Reduction Linocut

$145.00

This is a Limited-edition reduction linocut of a blackburnian warbler. These birds are very captivating with their fire orange throat and inquisitive nature. They can be found in Pennsylvania in the Springtime.

This was printed with a total of 6 color layers using a reduction printmaking method, in which the block is progressively carved away after each color layer is printed. This means once the edition is made it cannot be recreated. This is part of a limited-edition series of 10 prints. The artwork measures 6×9” approximately and it is printed on an 8.5×11” sheet of archival 100% cotton rag paper.

Prints include archival chipboard backing (made from recycled materials) and are packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve, with a certificate of authenticity attached to the back.

Prints are signed and numbered. Note:the prints may vary a little bit in tone and texture since each print is individually hand printed. This is the magic of linocut printmaking!
